Policies and Fees

Hourly rate is $650 per hour. Parties will be charged for preparation time, actual judging and mediation, as well as document preparation and follow up conferences and correspondence. Retainer must be deposited prior to hearing/mediations. The amount of retainer is dependent on nature, complexity, and scope of matter and will be discussed with parties prior to retention.

Unused portions of retainers will be returned although time set aside for hearings and mediations is nonrefundable unless cancelled at least 14 days prior.
